When you opt in to receive text messages from Leavitt & Starck, we may collect and maintain information including:

- Maintain records of consent and opt-out requests;
- Administer and secure our messaging program;

SMS Consent and Information Sharing
Leavitt & Starck Excavating, Inc. will not share consumer opt-in data and consent with any third parties for their own use case; excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Messaging services.
Mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may provide SMS-related information to service providers, telecommunications providers, messaging aggregators, wireless carriers, and other vendors when reasonably necessary to operate and deliver our text messaging services.

Leavitt & Starck may use third-party service providers, including Textedly, telecommunications providers, messaging aggregators, and wireless carriers, to facilitate the transmission, management, and delivery of SMS and MMS messages.
These providers may process information necessary to provide messaging services on our behalf.
Opting Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Leavitt & Starck at any time by replying STOP to a message from us.
After submitting a STOP request, you may receive a final confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed.
After your opt-out request has been processed, you will no longer receive messages through the applicable SMS program unless you subsequently opt in again.
Opting out of SMS messages does not prevent Leavitt & Starck from communicating with you through other appropriate methods when necessary for employment, business operations, safety, legal compliance, or other legitimate purposes.
